so with help from this bookmarklet on desktop site, here are the vids

Sorry about the bad links.... I was on a tablet. Thanks for fixing it!

I do want to try the phonebook cut with the Spyderco Phil Wilson South Fork in s90v but it is a safe queen smiling smiley. I think that is my only knife that might come close to that level.

But who knows, maybe with the right reprofile, some cheap kitchen knives might do just as well?

The mirror polish on that first knife is really neat. I don't think there is any secondary bevel, it looks like a full flat grind all the way to the edge.
