I originally posted this in the wrong section of the group (though that post has turned into an eval of the Streamlined Slicer), so I figured I ought to put it in the right place. These are some of my most recent builds. All AEB-L stainless, hardened by Peter's to 60HRC. They're all 0.125" stock that have been ground to about 0.012" at the edge.
